This Automatic wire rope taper/twist and weld/fuse cutting machine are capable of twisting and weld cut multi-stranded stainless steel wires up to 4.0mm capacity. It is an ideal machine for wire rope manufacturing/automobile control cabling/automobile comfort system manufacture and slings manufacture.

Our SDP-Self Diagnostic Program, Various functional interlocks, and user-friendly interactive programs built in the machine makes our machine more reliable, trouble-free, and very less downtime machine. Further, it is 100% modular, easy to maintain, and fitted with a 100% vision transparent polycarbonate Hood for safety.

Dual Feed Automatic Wire Rope Cutting and Welding Machine AWCM-350-DF-Eu

This Dual Feed Automatic Wire Rope Cutting and Welding Machine can cut Two Multi Stranded Steel and Stainless Steel wires up to 3.0mm in dia.,simultaneously using flash / fusion cutting / weld cut technique. We have developed this machine for a US based company. This is an ideal option for manufacturing Auto comfort and control system wire cables. This machine is enabled with self diagnostic programs which can eliminate the wire strucking / sticking problems automatically on its own and resumes cutting operation during cutting.
